The Blue Book
Everyone in our complex belongs to Charter Communities Association or “the grounds”.
Everyone also belongs to a Condominium — be it Charter Oaks, Chappelle Villas A, Chappelle Villas B, or Chappelle Villas C. There are separate Declarations and By-Laws for all of the above entities. Fortunately, the rules have all been merged into one set, that applies to everyone.
What follows are links to all current rules (revised June 2009), the documents for Charter Communities Association and to the separate Declarations and By-Laws. We’ve also added a page showing changes made since the last “Golden Book of Rules” was printed.
