For the sake of safety, unit owner should provide Management with a key to each unit. If the unit owner alters any lock or installs a new lock on any door leading to his/her unit, the Manager should be provided with a key. In the event of fire or other emergency, the owner will be responsible for all damages if no key has been provided.
ALSO IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
All unit owners should provide Management with a telephone number to be used in case of an emergency. In addition, a work number and/or cell phone number should be provided if applicable.
